Shipment Processing Time
All paid orders will be processed within two working days to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.
An email with parcel tracking details will be sent to your email provided to us for you to track the shipment progress.
Orders are shipped via these selected shipping companies namely DHL, FedEx, or Pos Laju.
Please ensure that the shipping address and mobile number provided are accurate to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery.
The estimated duration of delivery serves only as a guide and can vary depending on the country that the products are shipped to.
Please note that the delivery duration commences from the date of dispatch.
However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by respective countries' customs clearance processes, local duties, and taxes, and/or items that are lost in transit.

Free shipping within Peninsular Malaysia for all orders above RM1000.

Free shipping to Sabah and Sarawak for all orders above RM1000.
Your order will be processed and shipped within two working days. You will be sent a tracking number for your shipment once it has been shipped. Your purchase should arrive within 1-5 working days.
The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout and determined by the total weight of your basket. If your delivery country is not available upon checkout, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Your order will be processed and shipped within two working days. Depending on the destination country, on the mode of shipment, and customs clearance, your order can take between 2 -6 weeks to arrive. We will send you a tracking number so you can check on your shipment.
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Want something sooner?
Pick up your online favorites in person! Let us know at . We will hold on to your items, and have them ready for you when you arrive. We can also send them over to you via an express delivery service such as Grab Express or Lalamove. The rate will calculated based on the distance and invoiced to you.
We are unable to ship to P.O.Box addresses as all shipments require a signature upon delivery.
Orders shipped outside of Malaysia may be subject to taxes, duties, and fees levied by the destination country according to local legislation. You will need to bear these charges for customs clearance levied at the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot control or predict what these charges may be - please check with your local customs office for more details as customs tariffs vary from country to country.
If Parcels Failed to Be Delivered or Picked up
In the event where parcels are returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information, or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centers, clients will borne the subsequent costs incurred to re-send parcels. In such an event, standard shipping fees apply.
