Email email@example.com within 5 working days of receiving your order. Please quote your order number and let us know what went wrong. A member of our team will be in touch with you within 1 working day to guide you through the exchange process.
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. Items must also include all original packaging and tickets.
If we are unable to replace the product, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, or in the form of store credit. Let us know which you would prefer.
*Almost all our products are handwoven, hand-dyed, or made out of natural fibers. As such, natural variations such as vertical & horizontal lines and minor snags may occur. These variations are not considered defects.
We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.
Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of digital photography, and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen is the exact color of the product.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
